Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, please provide the original receipt or electronic proof of purchase.

Defective Item Returns:

  • If the product arrives with any defects or damages, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • We will either replace the item with a new one or provide a full refund, including the shipping cost.

Change of Mind Returns:

  • If you wish to return the item due to a change of mind, please contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • The refund amount will be issued after deducting the shipping cost from the total order value.
