Since each item is crafted to order and due to high demand, please anticipate a preparation time of 5-7 days before your goods are shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase and another when tracking information becomes available upon shipment. Order cancellations are accepted within 2 days of purchase.

Global Shipping

Our shipping covers the world map. Domestic orders are sent via Poste Italiane or GLS with tracking, while international orders use DHL or UPS with tracking. Feel free to email us with any special shipping requests before placing your order.

Taxes and Duties

For deliveries beyond the European Union, the customs office or other relevant authorities in your destination country may impose import duties, customs fees, or other charges. The responsibility for settling these lies solely with you.
