I have spent most of my career managing projects with a lot of moving parts — clients, creative teams, suppliers, production, budgets, approvals, logistics and fixed deadlines.
I started in digital projects at Hewlett-Packard, later managed international events and production, founded my own agency, and in recent years have built e-commerce, digital products and automated business systems.
I am comfortable working with very different people — from senior executives and VIP clients to designers, developers, suppliers and installation crews.

How I work
Make dependencies visible early.
Complex projects rarely fail because of one big problem. They usually fail because many small dependencies are not managed. I make those dependencies visible early and prepare alternatives where possible.
I prefer clear ownership: every important task should have an owner, deadline, dependency and current status.
