One person responsible
I take responsibility for the agreed scope, coordinate all parties and track actions, costs and deadlines through project close-out.
I am an independent freelance Exhibition Project & Production Manager. You can entrust me with the entire delivery: brief, technical drawings, budgets, contractors, production, venue paperwork, installation and final handover. I work personally, not through an agency team.

HOW I WORK / FREELANCE
No account-manager layer and no hand-off. I am your individual project manager and the same person you speak to during planning, fabrication and on-site execution.
I take responsibility for the agreed scope, coordinate all parties and track actions, costs and deadlines through project close-out.
I can travel across Europe for agreed assignments, meet organisers and suppliers in person, and attend venue inspections.
I supervise the build on site throughout the agreed installation period, remain accessible to the crew and client, and oversee breakdown as required.
Written progress reports during preparation; on-site daily photos and action lists. Immediate escalation of critical issues, delays or variations.
01 / PRIMARY FOCUS
I can take a stand project from the initial brief through drawings, cost estimates, supplier selection, fabrication and transport to venue approvals, build-up, handover and dismantling. I understand both the drawings and what actually happens in a workshop and on the exhibition floor.
A selection of stand and exhibition-build photographs from my historical production portfolio. Individual client and venue attributions are not assigned where the original archive does not establish them.
I handle the whole job — from the drawing to the last case leaving the venue.
TECHNICAL & OPERATIONAL SKILLS
I can read, check and revise CAD layouts and technical drawings myself. I understand dimensions, fabrication constraints and assembly sequences, and work directly with workshops and specialised suppliers. Formal structural, electrical or safety approvals remain with the appropriately qualified professionals.
2D plans, dimensions, layouts, shop drawings and production-ready technical coordination.
Materials, technical specifications, production constraints, prototypes and installation details.
Tender and supplier comparisons, purchase lists, technical submissions, logistics plans and variation tracking.
A direct point of contact, written progress and risk updates, decisions recorded and an organised project close-out.
NAMED EXHIBITION PROJECTS / HISTORICAL ARCHIVE
These stands are described in the BeProActive corporate project portfolio, with working budgets retained in the archive. Individual responsibility for every agency case has not been separately established.

↗02 / LIVE PRODUCTION
I have led luxury events, fashion shows, festivals and large public programmes. I can manage the full event production: brief, suppliers, programme, technical production, stage and AV teams, run of show, venue coordination, build-up and live on-site operations.
03 / RETAIL & DISPLAY
Boutique windows, branded environments and luxury retail installations. Selected archival images from Chanel and Moncler work, separate from exhibition stands and live events.
HOW I WORK
I am the named project lead. I communicate directly with the client and with the people doing the work. During preparation I send clear written updates; on site I report progress every day with photos, decisions and outstanding items. Problems and budget changes are escalated as soon as they arise.
I agree scope, budget, schedule, deliverables and who approves changes.
I work with AutoCAD and production files, check technical details and coordinate formal approvals with the required specialists.
I manage the workshops, suppliers, logistics and installation crew, and remain on site through the agreed delivery period.
I provide progress photos, a written issue and action log, early warnings, final checks and handover documents.
10+ years leading production projects

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I worked as Senior Project Manager at BeProActive (2008–2012) and then founded and led WOW!agency (2012–2016). I managed technical production and client delivery for international brands and large public programmes, controlling budgets, suppliers and multidisciplinary installation teams. My ongoing independent work includes CAD/CAM, prototyping, CNC, laser cutting and practical manufacturing — so I remain hands-on, not just administrative.
