How your information is handled

Information you choose to send

When you use the contact form, Sovoque receives the details you enter: your name, contact details, message and any optional business, city, website, social profile or service information.

Purpose

The information is used to read and answer your enquiry, discuss your needs and, if requested, prepare a proposal for your project.

Sending and storage

Enquiries are sent through Resend to the email address managed by Sovoque. They are not published or sold. Messages may be retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work.

Technical information and abuse prevention

The server may temporarily process technical request information, including an IP address, for security, operation and limiting automated submissions.

External services

The website uses Google Fonts and Resend for email. Instagram and WhatsApp apply their own privacy policies when you open their links.

Questions and requests

You can request information, corrections or deletion through the contact page.
