GTT Tracker
A lightweight city micro-tool checking Turin public transport with live GTFS feeds: no ads, no bloated app download.
Problem: The official transit app is bloated (150MB), slow to open, and frustratingly inaccurate while waiting at the stop in the rain.
Sovoque Guest
Multilingual QR assistant for B&Bs and holiday homes: answers recurring guest questions (access, Wi-Fi, AC, tips) in their native language.
Problem: Hosts spend hours answering the exact same operational questions on WhatsApp while arriving guests struggle with check-in details.

Platform and architecture for complex digital products, resilient payment flows, conversational onboarding and automated operations.
